You can add amounts to your cart ranging from $50 to $250 to create a balance on the card ranging from $50 to $1000.
All Shouz Gift Cards are Electronic and will be emailed to you.
Treat your Shouz Gift Card as cash. Gift Cards are unable to be refunded or replaced if the card is lost or stolen, for change of mind or damaged.
Shouz Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
The funds available on your Shouz Gift Card can be verified on request by contacting our customer support - hello@shouz.com.au / 1300 282 37.
Any balance that remains on the gift card can be used in whole or part against any future purchases online or at any Shouz stores, no change will be given.
If your order total exceeds the amount on your Shouz Gift Card you must pay the difference with a different payment method.
Shouz Gift Cards expire 3 years after purchase, any remaining balance will not be available for use after the expiry date.
Once your Shouz Gift Card has reached a nil balance it is unable to be re-activated.
Promotional vouchers and discounts are not applicable to gift card purchases.
