Reactivate your SHOUZ Customer Account

 

We are excited to announce that Shouz has successfully migrated our online store to a new and improved ecommerce platform! This transition promises to elevate your shopping experience with us and not only has a smoother checkout process but also has enhanced security measures to safeguard your personal information. 

 

We are committed to providing you with the best possible service, and we believe this upgrade will make your shopping journey even more enjoyable and secure. 

 

As part of our migration to the new ecommerce platform, we want to ensure that your personal information and order history remain safe and secure within our system.

 

However, to maintain the integrity of your account, we kindly ask all customers to reactive their account as of 1 March 2024.  You can do this in one of two ways:

 

Option 1 - Click HERE

Go to our Customer Account Login Page.

Select - "Create a New Account". 

Once you have completed your details your account will be reactivated and your personal information and order history will automatically be pulled through to your account. 

 

Option 2

Reach out to our Customer Support (hello@shouz.com.au) and we will email you an “Customer Account Activation” email.

Click the link in the email and complete the account activation by creating anew password for your account.
