Shipping & Delivery

How long will it be before I receive my order?  

As part of the shopping experience with us, we aim to process, pack and despatch your order on the same day, if your order is placed before 12pm ACST time.

If you’re in an Australian metropolitan area, we aim to have your order to you within 2-3 business days. If you’re in a rural location, Northern Territory or Western Australia, please allow up to 7 days for your order to be delivered. New Zealand orders – please allow 5-10 business days.

 

COVID-19 update: 

 We’re still open and delivering orders; once your order has been placed we’ll aim to ship it within 24 hours – if not the same day!  

Unfortunately, our delivery partners are experiencing some delays due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes, there may be delays of up to 5 business days in receiving your parcel.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, Shouz is delighted to offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $70! We also offer Express Shipping for a nominal fee of $10.00. We can also deliver shoes to our friendly neighbours in New Zealand via Australia Post, in which case you would be charged a flat delivery fee of $25. 


How do I track the progress of my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you should immediately receive a shipment tracking number via email to track the order. In case you are missing this, do look at the spam mail folder or reach out to customer care. Whenever possible, we use a courier service but for more remote locations, Australia Post is preferred. If you have any questions regarding this process, please get in touch via email at [email protected] for help.


Do I need to be home when my parcel is delivered?

If your home or business is unattended, the Couriers will leave a card to notify you that they have attempted to deliver your parcel. We suggest having your orders delivered to an address where someone will be present or giving ‘Authority to leave’ (you can choose this option at checkout) if you think you’ll be out. This will ensure that you receive your parcel on time and with no hiccups!



Can you ship to PO Box and Parcel Locker locations?

Sure, you can get your order shipped to PO boxes and Parcel Locker addresses but there is no available express shipping option for such instances.
