A flat rate of $10.00 is charged on all orders within Australia. Please expect your delivery to arrive within 2 – 5 business days on all deliveries within the CBD and surrounding suburbs of Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland and Australian Capital Territory. For orders to Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory please expect your order to arrive within 3 – 8 business days.
It’s a good idea to use a delivery address where someone will be home during business hours. If you are at work during this time it might be best to have your order delivered there. Alternatively, you can leave us a note to inform us that you are happy for the parcel to be left without a signature in a safe and secure place, Just keep in mind we cannot take responsibility for parcels that are stolen or damaged in this instance.
We use a courier company where possible. If you are not home they will leave you a card and you will need to call to arrange redelivery at a convenient time. All other rural and outer city addresses will be sent using Australia Post. We are also more than happy to deliver to PO Boxes – these orders will be shipped using Australia Post. If you have a preferred method of delivery, please note this and we will try our best to oblige where possible.
An email with a tracking number and link will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive this, please check your spam mail as some email providers will send it there.

We also deliver to our friendly neighbours in New Zealand for a flat rate delivery fee of $25 using Australia Post.

If you’d prefer to pick your order up from either of our stores, use click and collect. We’ll make sure your fabulous new shoes are waiting and ready for you - and it’s free!
Just browse online as you usually would and when you get to delivery options at checkout, select click and collect and then choose your preferred Shouz store location.
Once your order is ready, we’ll send you an email letting you know it’s ready to be picked up in store.
At Shouz we understand that online shopping can be hard. We are happy to refund, exchange or credit the goods within 14 days of you receiving your goods. Shoes should be returned unmarked, unworn and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, with damage or with marked soles may not be accepted for return. If any items are not eligible for a refund we will contact you and return those items to you.
The cost of returning on orders must be borne by the customer.
At Shouz we make every effort to display the products and colours as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Along with your purchase we will send you an Online Returns Form. In order to make the returns process as easy as possible for you, we ask that you fill out the required areas, giving reason for your return and nominating whether you wish to exchange, be credited or be refunded on the form and send this back to us along with your unwanted items to:

Refunds will be processed back onto the card payment was made from and should appear into your bank account within 1 - 7 days of us receiving your product.
On rare occasions we may decline to offer a refund if your return is after the Return Policy expires, if the products are marked, damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original and undamaged packaging.
